Safety is the number one concern when it comes to United Pools. Our TEAM members complete a stringent safety training program before beginning work at any facility. To ensure our TEAM is prepared at all times, regular training and safety audits are conducted throughout the season. All TEAM members participate in preseason and mid-season training to guarantee our standards of service:

Our TEAM portal powered by KeepHR allows for one-of-a-kind TEAM member management. This portal provides geo-tagged locations to ensure TEAM members are prompt and onsite. After implementation, this system has shown the following statistics:

United Pools has created and implemented an industry-leading facility audit reports (FAR) that are completely digital. FARs create complete transparency between us and each facility. After each report is completed, the FAR is emailed to any personnel for review at their leisure. The FAR includes:

United Pools has invested in recording data for over 40 years. We have developed an action checklist that our TEAM completes every hour of every day. Each TEAM member is held accountable by a senior TEAM member for ensuring a safe and operating facility. Records are stored digitally for seven years for easy tracking and sharing.
